Find a Missing Package That Shows As Delivered
If the tracking status of your order shows that it was delivered, but you can't find it:

Verify the shipping address for your order is correct

Look for notice of attempted delivery

Check tracking status for delays

Double check the delivery address for the package

Check if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so

In rare cases a package may be shown as delivered up to 48 hours prior to delivery
Attempted Delivery | Package On Hold
If there was an attempted delivery, but you did not receive your package:

Check for notice of attempted delivery left at the delivery address by the carrier

Check tracking status for updates or another delivery attempt

If tracking information shows that your order is 'On Hold', please contact carrier
